Our philosophy

Space that doesn't

When we designed the Caratunk Waterfront Spacious Studio, the brief was simple: give people room to breathe, and put them where the water is close enough to hear. Everything else — the natural materials, the open layout, the windows facing the river — follows from that.

This isn't a place you pass through. It's a place you arrive at, set down your bags, and realize you haven't checked your phone in three hours. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
